Formula:
Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio = (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT)+ fixed charge) / (total interest + fixed charge)
Or,
Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio = (EBIT + Lease Expenses) / (Lease Expenses + Interest expense)
