Forex trading - Basics
Is forex trading for you? Well, the fairest way to respond is by explaining the basics of foreign exchange trading for you.
First things first, the Forex market is that the currency of a country is "compared" the currency of another country in order to determine value. This value is what will be trading.
The Forex or FX market is open and availalbe for trading 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. This gives the currency trading markets distinct advantage over all other financial markets available to investors.
Also, the size of foreign absolutely dwarfs all other financial markets combined. The massive size creates unique advantages over all other trade tools.
According to most forex brokers, orders all the guests (with a few exceptions) will be filled at their entered price. In trade terms this means that no waiver. I can not even begin to put the value of this function.
Because of this quality could have filled orders to $ 20 million currency market price. Again, almost unnatural feature in comparison with other trading markets.
More advanced features is the ability to short sell without regulation. Well, technically never sell currencies short, but I will not get into that in this article.
What this means is that if at any time think that the value of the currency is going to drop, you will be able to act on your hunch, without delay.
Another kind of feature of forex market is it's incredibly accurate technical analysis. Like all other financial instruments trading, the Forex market has all the "stocks charted". This is no surprise, or advantage.
However, unlike other tools, all the points table in the forex are based on bid price. So, Eddie, why this question for me? Because it means that the spread was not on the price chart. This leads to more accurate and readable table.
In fact, the spread is constant for all forex currency pairs. Some have spread as low as 2 pips and others as high as 10 or even more. However, they remain constant with almost all forex forex brokers and banks. This is another reason to look at the foreign exchange market.
In my incredibly humble opinion, there is a market that offers such benefits and foreign currency. The Forex is traded with banks and financial institutions for decades. Now, you, as an individual to climb into the ring and your pictures.
Well, I hope this gives you some sort of direction on whether or not forex trading is for you.
Stay tuned, there will be more information to come in the near future.
