My Thoughts On Perfect Uninstaller

By Amy Cha

With computers becoming more and more invaluable, software development has become more efficient. This leaves us with programs installed in our computer that get outdated in just a matter of a few months.

This means that we have to do a lot of uninstalling in our lifetime but there seems to be a problem with that.

What happens to other programs when we try to uninstall them is that we still see traces of that program in our applications list.

In order to try to remedy the situation, I delete those files straight from where they are reflected but then it never seems to work and they always find their way back. Even using Windows to uninstall programs do not always work.

Lately, I encountered a program called Perfect Uninstaller. What this programs claims to do is to successfully remove all those programs that cannot be uninstalled the conventional way.

When I learned about Perfect Uninstaller, I was having a problem uninstalling an IM program so I decided to purchase the program and test it on my problem software.

As the program file is only 1.7M, I didn't have any trouble downloading the file; however, the speed may have to depend on the kind of internet connection.

Installing the program couldn't be any faster. Anyway, once you get the program up and running, take a look of the main screen and notice the toolbar on the topmost section.

The first icon is the uninstall icon. Clicking this icon will allow you to uninstall any program in the application window.

The second icon, on the other hand, id the force uninstall icon and will use force to uninstall any stubborn program out of your computer system. I have used this feature to remove the program that I had a difficulty uninstalling.

The last kind of uninstall feature that you have to be acquainted with is the special uninstall. This icon will allow you to have access to a list of programs that can only be uninstalled in a "special" manner.

The list includes programs that may or may not be installed in your computer.
