stocks, bonds, mutual funds

stocks, bonds, mutual funds

How do I know that this is legal?
This is a question often asked by investors who've never heard that they could invest in something other than stocks and bonds. However, we've shown that real investment is allowed on the day IRAs were created almost thirty years ago.

Find out for yourself by going to the website of the Internal Revenue Service is. Request publication 590th On pages 40-41 you will see that investments are not permitted (see below - collectibles, life insurance, S-Corporation stock, etc..) Property is not mentioned as a disallowed investment just like stocks, bonds, mutual funds are not mentioned as permitted investments. You can also look up "Swanson vs. The Commissioner."

Can I use funds from the 401K, IRA, September IRA, Roth IRA, or 403b with Check book control?
Yes. You can self direct all of these types of accounts. All they can invest in a check book IRA LLC for truly self-directed investing.
